    The staff at this hotel. We enjoyed visiting the Hanoi Opera House, only a short walk away. Our stay in the Sapphire Old Quarter View room was comfortable, and the helfpul team were pretty good for us.

    My kids wished there were more family activities available at the hotel.

    Staying at Oriental Jade was a delight! The spacious room offered beautiful views, the staff treated us like family, and the breakfast spread impressed us. One minor drawback, hallway noise sometimes disturbed our peace. A nice experience in the heart of Hanoi!

    Couple looking for comfort

    The service was top notch too, they even organized a surprise wine for us. We had this amazing rooftop pool with a killer view of the city, just perfect for winding down after a day of exploring

    It wasn't exactly cheap but worth every single penny
